Clock login error

Tried to log in and got, “Your computer clock is wrong!” Why?

Sometimes if you’re trying to log into your inFlow account you may get the message “Uh-oh! Seems your computer’s clock is wrong!” This means that your computer time is more than 15 minutes off from the current time in your designated timezone.

It’s a small thing but it can cause problems logging into your inFlow account so we want to get that corrected.

In order to fix the problem please try the following steps to correct your timezone:

  1. Click the START button and search “Control Panel”
  2. Search “Date and Time” in the top right hand corner of the window, click the resulting icon.
  3. Click the “Internet Time” tab and select “Change Settings…”
  4. Ensure that “Synchronize with an internet time server” box is checked.
  5. Click “Update now”. If it fails try another Server (e.g., “time.nist.gov” or “time.windows.com”).
  6. At the bottom of this window you’ll see “The clock was most recently synchronized on MM/DD/YYYY at H:MM AM/PM.” and if that time is correct, click “OK”. If not please try the alternate steps below.
  7. Click “Login” at the top of this page to try to log in again.

Or you can manually set your time like so:

  1. Click the START button and search “Control Panel”
  2. Search “Date and Time” in the top right hand corner of the window, click the resulting icon.
  3. From the “Date and Time” tab, click the “Change time zone” button
  4. Select the time zone you are in (not sure? Search for it by clicking here: google.com and searching the word “time”).
  5. When you’ve selected your timezone click “OK”
  6. Click the “Change date and time…”
  7. Set the time to the correct time (+/- 5 minutes).
  8. Click “OK” then you should be back at this screen:
  9. Click “OK” again
  10. Click “Login” at the top of this page to try to log in again.

If you’re still having trouble please contact our support team via email.
